This is an authentic manufactuer remote for the Beautyrest Renew Basic or t-120 adjustable bed base. Beautyrest Renew has a few different models that they have made over the years and they have now replaced the logo'd version with a generic silver unit but all quality and functionality remains identical (see 2nd pic). If your remote does not match up exactly with the ones pictured this will not work and you will have to pay a restocking fee. We include syncing instructions for easy install.
